Welcome to my personal website, I'm a data scientist and bioinformatics PhD student living in Belgium 🇧🇪.

I build bioinformatics pipelines for high-throughput genomics of viruses with Nextflow and nf-core, and AI tools around them: LLM agents, MCP servers and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
