Technology Campus De Nayer

I did my undergraduate studies at the Technology Campus De Nayer at the University of Leuven, a specialised technology campus close to the city of Mechelen.

I completed both my BSc and MSc in Biochemical Engineering. For my master’s thesis, I worked with the PME & BIM group under the supervision of Bart Lievens and Sergio Alvarez Perez. During this research, I was able to formally describe two new yeast taxa that we discovered in a Hawaiian flower.
